At-Ieast 10 years' experience of First Class Cricket.
Level III Coaching accreditation.
At-least 5 years working experience in a similarorganization.
A sound understanding of Processes involved in development of Elite
Players.
An understanding of long term athlete development.
Strong Leadership & Management Skills.
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience of handling daily routine Operations.
At-Ieast 3 years working experience in a similarorganization.

Minimum 5 years in any reputed Organization with identical operations.
